Mid-morning on May 3rd, Station 68 was alerted to assist Berwyn Fire Company at a reported house fire on Red Coat Lane in Tredyffrin Township. Engine 68-3 responded shortly after dispatched and arrived as the 3rd due engine. The crew of four volunteers assisted with laddering the dwelling, ventilation and overhaul. During the Tuesday evening rush hour, Valley Forge crews were alerted to assist Berwyn Fire Company as the RIT team at a house fire on Barton Lane in Tredyffrin Township. Engine 68-1 responded with a crew of 6 and staged on scene until the crew was released by command.

Shortly before 9pm Sunday evening, first alarm companies were alerted to a reported house fire on the unit block of Evergreen lane in Phoenixville Borough. Initial reports indicated a fire inside the second floor. Crews arrived and found heavy fire with extension to both exposure buildings.

Just as the morning rush started, Valley Forge Fire and EMS from Tower Health and Paoli Ambulances were alerted to an accident with entrapment on Valley Forge Rd in the area of the dam. Captain 2 (Berwyn) was in the area and reported two vehicles involved with one trapped. Chief 68 arrived, established command and confirmed one occupant trapped and an additional occupant confined.
